Booking Policy:

 

Mandatory fees:

(to be paid according to occupancy and actual consumption)

  • Bed linen (first set) - To be paid on site: 15.00 per person

  • Deposit by credit card Visa / Mastercard - To be paid on site: 450.00 (fixed price)

  • Visitor's tax adult (from 16 years old)- To be paid on site: 2.50 per adult and per day

  • Visitor's tax for children (6 to 15 years old) - To be paid on the spot : 1.25 per child and per day

  • Final cleaning (starting inventory, finishing cleaning and disinfection) regardless of the length of stay - To be paid on site (all-inclusive price):

    • 2 rooms 4 persons: CHF 70

    • 3 rooms 6 persons: CHF 98

    • 4 rooms 8 persons: CHF 119

    • 4 rooms 10 persons: CHF 133

 

Optional charged services:

  • Towels (first set) : CHF 5.- per person

  • Linen (1st set + towels) : CHF 20.- per person

  • Beds made upon arrival (book in advance) : CHF 8.- per person

  • Comfort pack (1st set of sheets, + towels + bed made on arrival) : CHF 25.- per person

  • Rollaway bed (book in advance, only available for 4P8 and 4P10) : CHF 15.- per day

  • Baby cot, up to 2 years (book in advance) : CHF 7.- per day

  • High chair : 5.00 per day

  • Childcare (on prior request) - To be paid on site

  • Pets, max. 1 per apartment (on prior request) : CHF 8.- per day

  • Underground parking (to be booked in advance) : CHF 10.- per day

  • Wireless Internet (WIFI) - Included in the price : CHF 0.00

  • Cleaning of the apartment (returned clean and in good condition on departure): To be done by the client

  • Additional charges may apply if the apartment is not left clean and tidy as it was on arrival

 

VAT: All prices indicated already include VAT. 

 

Deposit :

A deposit of CHF 450 per apartment will be requested preferably per reservation on a credit card (debit cards are not accepted). It will be used to guarantee the correct return of the apartment(s) at the end of the stay and to cover any damage caused by the "signatories". The deposit reservation will be valid for 30 days from check-in. Any damage found later may be invoiced and collected via this guarantee.

A cash deposit of the deposit is also possible in CHF only. Please note that in this case the check-out procedure may take longer.

During the stay, the "signatory" is entirely responsible for all broken or damaged objects, all loss and disappearance of furniture, utensils, linen and all other decorative items placed in the apartments.

 

No keys will be given without :

  1. Prepayment of the totality of the rent, the ordered additional services and the tourist taxes

  2. Payment of the security deposit

 

The deposit can be made in 2 ways:

  • Reservation of deposit by credit card (debit card not accepted) - preferred method

  • Cash deposit CHF only made at the reception desk when picking up the keys

 

Organization of arrivals:

Arrival from Saturday to Saturday during high season.

All the information communicated and entered correctly for each tenant of the apartment (including children) before your arrival is essential for the reservation:

  • Name, first name, date of birth, nationality, full address of the "signatory", e-mail, telephone (mobile phone preferably),

  • Surname, first name, date of birth, nationality, passport number or identity card for each member of the family (or friends) of the "signatory".

  • Number of nights each person is expected to spend on site

  • List of optional services

 

The apartments are available between 16:00 and 18:00. Late arrivals after 6 p.m. must be announced at least one day in advance at the reception desk, so that the reception desk can offer a pleasant solution for the customer.

An inventory is listed for each apartment and will be given to the "signatory" on arrival. The latter must check it on arrival and deposit it signed at the reception desk within 48 hours of the arrival of any missing or broken items, non-functioning household appliances and sanitary appliances. By default, the property will be considered to be in good condition. Any anomaly or malfunction announced after this 48-hour period cannot be the subject of a claim at the end of the stay.

 

Organization of departures:

No later than two days before departure, the "signatory" will contact the "host" in order to plan a departure in good order between 8:00 and 10:00 am.

In the case of a later departure time after 10:00 am, "the host" reserves the right to apply additional charges.

The inventory and cleanliness of the apartment will be checked by "the host" and any missing items from the inventory or damage to the apartment will be deducted from the deposit and/or charged as an additional fee.

 

Cleaning regulations:

The "signatory" will have to do a minimum of end of stay cleaning to leave the apartments clean and in the same condition as when the inventory of fixtures was taken and in an acceptable state of cleanliness. Additional charges may be applied up to the amount of additional cleaning required according to the standards of the  Residence.

 

A "full cleaning" service option, including end of stay cleaning and final cleaning (departure inventory, finishing cleaning and disinfection) is also available on reservation, at the following prices:

 

2P4 and 2P4* : CHF 120.-

3P6 and 3P6* : CHF 173.-

4P8 and 4P8*: CHF 219.-

4P10 and 4P10* :CHF 258.-

 

In any case, the flats must be cleared and emptied of all personal objects and rubbish (trash bag out, fridge and freezer empty). Should the flat be left in a condition considered "extremely dirty", part of the deposit may be withheld depending on the amount of additional cleaning required.

 

Cancellation policy :

 

In case of a confirmed reservation, the following penalties will be applied and calculated according to the date of arrival:

Winter season (01.11 - 30.04)

 

Summer season (01.05 - 31.10)

 

 

No refunds will be made in case of No Shows.

In case of cancellation, the reimbursement of the ski pass will be made according to the cancellation conditions of Téléverbier SA.

The deposit corresponding to 50% of the rental amount of the reserved apartment(s) must be paid within 10 days following the signature of the rental contract and will be forfeited to the "guest" in case of cancellation.

 

Winter season (01.11-30.04) : The balance of 50% of the rental amount and the additional services must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival (amount on the host's bank account).

 

Summer season (01.05-31.10) : The balance of 50% of the rent and the additional services must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival (amount on the host’s bank account).

 

 

Special cancellation conditions for summer 2020 :

For any cancellation of a reservation for a stay from 01.06.20 to 31.10.20, the Residence la Tzoumaz-Verbier undertakes to grant you a credit to be used until 31.10.2021 at the residence.

 

 

COVID: Special cancellation conditions for winter 2020 / 2021 (for any stay from 01.11.2020 to 30.04.2021)

Only if an official governmental binding measure prevents the client from enjoying his stay, will he be eligible for compensation, minus an administrative fee of CHF 100.

 

The following are considered to be binding government measures:

  • Partial or total confinement of Switzerland resulting in the closure of tourist residences.

  • A partial or total confinement of the client's country of residence.

  • A quarantine imposed by Switzerland on arrival in the country or a quarantine imposed by the country of the customer on his return that does not reasonably allow him to travel.

 

This clause is only valid for the duration of the guest's stay and is in no way applicable if the afore mentioned binding measures do not affect the stay in question.

 

The residence cannot be held responsible for the non-appearance of a guest if this occurs for a non-binding reason (such as the principle of prudence, recommendations not to travel, etc ) or non-governmental reasons (personal reasons, illness, etc). It is the client's responsibility to take out adequate insurance against these risks. In this case, the client alone is responsible for not enjoying their stay and the standard cancellation conditions will be applied.
